Location: These positions are available for experienced sales executives.

The Market: Mid Size employers (100- 4,000 employees)

The sales team focuses on contacting mid size employers that are seeking advice and help to evaluate current employee benefits and define innovative benefit strategies. Including cost effective plans for prevention and wellness, healthcare and retirement.

This sales team will have the unique opportunity to meet and represent a dedicated, knowledgeable group of nationally recognized Healthcare and Human Resources experts.

The Market: Hospitals and healthcare providers

The sales team works closely with the hospital CEO's and leadership team  to develop the strategic plan, utilize quality tools and processes to reduce cost, healthcare innovation to grow revenue and the use of healthcare technology to deliver better care

The role: Sales Executives

Sales Executives are upbeat, articulate, ethical, well-organized, self motivated individuals. You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the skills of the advisors
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Experience prospecting and growing an account list
  • Lead generation and follow up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Present and articulate the mission the company and accurately represent the skills and experiences of the advisors
  • Close sales
  • Achieve sales quotas

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of selling experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in closing deals in the $30-$90K range
  • Experience in the area of strategy, finance, employee benefits, quality or Healthcare technology on either the hospital or large employer
  • Prior sales in a consulting environment a plus
  • Excellent communications skills
