Cracking the Code on Healthcare

December 4, 2012

At each of our Cracking the Code on Healthcare events our presenters have shared with you the challenges and changes in healthcare; with a focus on creating a shared vision of improving the quality of care and reducing costs.

But to survive organizations must have a strong bottom line. Cutting expenses is not enough- there must be a focus on growing the top line.

Against this backdrop, you are cordially invited to join us for our December 4th Cracking the Code on Healthcare event, Embracing Innovation to Drive Revenue Growth.

Our first keynote presenter, Professor Arie Orenstein, MD, will inspire you to think differently about the business of health - about how organizations are innovating, marketing to their sweet spot and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Our second keynote presenter, Mr. Yoni Stern, will introduce you to proven methods and surprising examples of how Innovation is a key enabler to improving patient care while reducing costs. He will share the philosophy and methodologies for creating a culture of Innovation, and how the most successful companies and healthcare organizations around the world are embracing innovation to drive better bottom line results.

In addition to the morning session we are offering you the opportunity to attend an afternoon learning session with Mr. Stern. During the session, “Utilizing Existing Resources to Create Breakthrough Innovations and Drive Revenue Growth”, you will learn SIT's surprisingly quick and effective alternative to traditional approaches for generating innovative ideas. Yoni will share Systematic Inventive Thinking's unique process for how to innovate rapidly and effectively utilizing existing organizational resources.

You are welcome to attend the morning session, the afternoon session, or both sessions.
