Building on what we learned in our two previous “Cracking the Code on Healthcare” events, we invite you to attend our Summer, 2011 Symposium.  Together, we will explore the topic of health and wellness - for ourselves, our employees and our community.  You will hear from nationally recognized keynote speakers as they present the latest thinking about:

  • People-centered healthcare for our entire population by collaborating to eliminate
    disparities.
  • National employer trends and requirements of health plans and health systems.
  • Revolutionary ideas how employers are using analytics and interventions to create new
    motivations for health.
  • Unique approaches for taking care of ourselves by managing our energy and becoming
    'corporate athletes'.

Symposium objectives:

  • Provide a national perspective on the topic of Population Health and the impact it can have on the Rochester community.
  • Provide a national employer perspective on Healthcare
  • Share an exciting effort being led by the FLHSA and RBA that is being recognized around the US as the model for community collaboration. Learn how it will effect everyone in Rochester.
  • Introduce proven strategies for leaders to improve their personal health and the health of their organization.
  • Learn clinical techniques uncovered while treating brain injuries and apply them to learning to think differently.
  • Learn about patient portals and personal health records- what are they, how are they different and the benefit on patient health.
  • Network with other senior leaders also interested in improving the health of Rochester and reducing the cost of healthcare.
