The SPOTLIGHT event will include these esteemed speakers:

Dr. Kathryn H. Bowles, Ph.D., RN, FAAN, FACMI, Professor and vanAmeringen Chair in Nursing Excellence, New Courtland Center for Transitions and Health, University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Vice President and Director of the Center for Home Care Policy and Research, Visiting Nurse Service of New York.  Dr. Bowles will share current thinking on qualifying adult patient needs and determining proper care delivery approaches.  She is a renowned educator and researcher in Nursing and Telemedicine. She leads a program of research in the use of information technology to improve healthcare for elders and support healthcare provider's decision-making regarding hospital discharge referrals for elders.

Gus Bentivegna is a Senior Consultant and Client Relationship Director, and leads Willis Towers Watson’s national health care industry vertical. Gus will be joined by Michelle Francesconi, Consultant, Lisa Perlmutter and Lindsay Wiggins, Senior Consultants focused on Talent & Rewards in the health care industry, helping clients to develop, improve and optimize their reward programs to achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

Throughout their presentation, Gus, Lisa and Lindsay will build on Dr. Bowles’s presentation and discuss the key drivers regarding healthcare employee attraction, retention, and engagement, and the unique challenges facing today’s care providers.  The session will be supported by industry leading research and the discussion will be highly interactive.
