  • Increased Healthcare Knowledge and Skills -- They will have the knowledge and skills to build a patient-centered community health system and lead an organization.
  • Manage Human Capital -- They will acquire skills and knowledge to better manage human capital and improve job and patient satisfaction, productivity and motivation resulting in reduced turnover.
  • Applied, Practiced Project Management Skills -- They will contribute to the success of the community by applying their project management and leadership skills in a cross boundary effort to address key issues and opportunities to improve the health of the population.
  • Certifications* -- ACHE, CPE and CEU Credits and CME Certificates are available for portions of the HBA Fellowship Program.
  • Access to Courses – They will have free access to all of the courses in the Healthcare Business Academy for 12 months following graduation.
