The April 30th session will examine how the demographics of the population and their requirements are changing - how to prioritize and plan for the care that is needed. Speakers will share local and national demographics and the latest thinking on the changing role of the patient and what is being done to meet patient needs. The fellows will understand population health, the social determinants of health and the impact on healthcare delivery.
